Quick fixes for the most common issues.

Troubleshooting

Work down the checklist for your issue — most problems resolve in a step or two. Still stuck? Email info@suitlyo.com.

I cannot sign in

  1. Check the email address is typed correctly, and the password.
  2. Use Forgot password if the password may be wrong.
  3. For Google sign-in, allow pop-ups and complete the Google prompt.
  4. Check your internet connection, refresh, and try again.

If the account was created with Google, sign in with Google — not email/password — unless you separately set a password.

I forgot my password

  1. On the login screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your account email and check your inbox for the reset link.
  3. Set a new password and sign in again.

No email? Check spam/junk and confirm the address.

My project is not loading

  1. Refresh the Dashboard and check your connection.
  2. Sign out and back in, then reopen the project.
  3. For imported projects, confirm the ZIP included the selected entry HTML file.

Large imports with many assets can take longer to load.

My changes are not showing after publishing

  • Save changes in the editor before publishing, and wait for publish progress to finish.
  • Use Republish after new changes, and open the correct published URL.
  • Hard-refresh the browser or clear cache.
  • On a custom domain, check whether the fallback URL has the latest version.
  • If the store changed, publish from Store Manager so storefront pages regenerate.

My custom domain is not live

  • Custom domains require Starter, Pro, or Agency, and the site must be published at least once.
  • Connect the domain from the Publish screen and copy the DNS records exactly to your provider.
  • DNS can take time to verify, and SSL can stay pending briefly after DNS is correct.
  • Use Check status; if it says Action required, update the DNS records shown.

My store is not appearing

  • Confirm the store is enabled for the project and your plan includes commerce.
  • Publish or republish the store.
  • Shop pages live at /shop or at the site root depending on Store Settings.
  • Staff accounts may not have publishing or settings access.

My Paystack checkout is not working

  • Checkout method must be set to Automated Paystack checkout, with a payout subaccount created.
  • Confirm the intended mode — test or live (live needs live payout setup).
  • The product must be active and available, and the store republished after settings changed.
  • The shopper must complete the Paystack tab and return to the store.

My products are not showing on the storefront

  • Products must be created, active, and priced with required details.
  • Check category/region assignment where those filters are used, and stock if inventory tracking is on.
  • Republish the store after product changes.
  • Confirm your plan allows the number of products being published, and that you're viewing the right shop URL.

My AI credits are finished

Open Subscription to see credits remaining, then buy a top-up, upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits, or wait for the next renewal.

My subscription has not updated after payment

  1. Confirm the Paystack checkout completed, return to the app, and refresh Subscription.
  2. Check Payment history and wait briefly for verification.
  3. Make sure the payment was made from the signed-in account.

Still stuck? Contact support with the Paystack reference, account email, what was purchased, and the payment time.

Design Studio is not active / needs a project

Design Studio requires the design entitlement — open Subscription, review plans or the Design Studio lane, and upgrade. It is also project-based: if it asks for a project, create one from the Dashboard first, then return and select it.

My design export did not download

  1. Save the design and try Export again.
  2. Try PNG for the current page, or PDF for all pages.
  3. Check the browser's downloads area.
  4. If the design uses remote images, confirm they still load in the editor.

My store orders are showing as test data

The store is in test mode. To accept real payments: open Store Settings, confirm the live payout account is ready, switch payment mode to Live, save, and republish. Go live only after testing products, delivery, taxes, and fees.
