Account & Settings

Personal account management lives in Settings; plan and billing management lives in Subscription.

Updating your profile

  1. Open Settings and find Profile.
  2. Edit your display name and choose Save.

Your email address is shown for reference. Changing the email itself may require account support depending on your sign-in method.

Changing your password

  1. Open Settings and find Password.
  2. Choose Change password.
  3. Enter and confirm the new password, then choose Update.
  • Email/password users change their password here.
  • Google sign-in users manage passwords through their Google account.
  • If your session is old, you may be asked to sign in again first.

Changing the app theme

In Settings, choose Light, Dark, or System (follows your device setting).

Owner vs staff access

Store access comes in two roles:

  • Owner — full control of their own stores: settings, staff, checkout, publishing, and all store data.
  • Staff — granted by invitation; access only the stores and sections the owner allows (for example products, orders, customers, inventory, or reports), without publishing or ownership controls.

Store Manager labels every store with your role so you always know how you're acting.

Viewing your AI credit summary

Settings shows credits used, your credit limit, credits remaining, and the monthly reset. For upgrades and top-ups, head to Subscription.

Signing out

Open Settings, choose Sign out, and confirm. The app returns to the login screen.
