Logistics & ERP

Connect delivery partners and back-office systems to automate fulfillment, shipping updates, and stock sync.

Logistics & ERP

Everything here lives in Store Manager → Integrations. Use it when you want to automate delivery updates, sync stock, or send order events to your accounting or inventory system.

Part 1 — Delivery & logistics

When a customer buys from your store, the goods still need to reach them. Suitly can help you manage that within the order flow without making you switch apps for every update.

Level 1 — Manual delivery

This is the simplest option and works everywhere. You arrange the delivery yourself, mark the order as dispatched, and enter the carrier or tracking note. Suitly sends the customer a status update and a tracking link if one is available.

Level 2 — Courier dispatch

If you already use a delivery company, you can connect your own account and let Suitly trigger dispatch from the order screen. Supported today includes Uber Direct, with Bolt and Yango planned. Your account keys stay with your account; Suitly does not need your password.

Level 3 — Live delivery prices at checkout

When available, Suitly can ask your courier provider for the real delivery price for the customer’s address during checkout. That means customers in different areas see the correct fee rather than a one-size-fits-all flat rate.

How customers stay informed

Once an order has delivery details, your customer can see tracking status on the order tracking page and receive email updates when the parcel is dispatched or delivered.

Part 2 — ERP & data sync

An ERP is the back-office tool you use for inventory, accounting, suppliers, and invoices. If your real stock counts live in a separate system, Suitly can stay aligned with it automatically.

The source-of-truth rule

When the same number exists in two systems, one must be the boss. Suitly uses this rule:

  • Stock — your ERP is the source of truth. It pushes stock updates to Suitly.
  • Orders — Suitly is the source of truth. It sends order events to your ERP.

That means stock moves in from your ERP, while sales and fulfillment move out to your ERP.

How to set it up

  1. Open Integrations → ERP & data sync and generate a key.
  2. Share the key and the developer reference with your ERP provider or IT person.
  3. Set a receiving URL if you want Suitly to send order and stock events to your ERP automatically.

If delivery to your ERP fails temporarily, Suitly retries automatically so your events are not lost.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do I have to use any of this? No. These features are optional and only turn on when you need them.
  • Do I need to be technical? Delivery is point-and-click. ERP setup is also simple at the UI level; the technical wiring is done by your ERP vendor or IT contact.
  • Who pays the delivery company? You do, through your own account. The customer pays you, and you pay the courier.
  • What if live pricing is unavailable? Checkout simply falls back to your normal flat delivery fee.
  • Is my data safe? Yes. Keys are encrypted and events are signed so your ERP can verify they came from Suitly.
