By accessing Suitly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use Suitly.
Suitly is an all-in-one digital creation platform. Depending on your plan, it lets you build and publish websites with hosting and custom domains, run an online store with checkout and payouts, create designs (flyers, brochures, and books) in the Design Studio, buy and sell design templates on the marketplace, and use AI-assisted generation tools. We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time; where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Store staff you invite act under permissions you assign, and you remain responsible for their activity in your stores.
AI-generated content (site sections, pages, copy, SEO, designs) is produced automatically and may contain errors — review everything before publishing or printing. Content you submit to AI features (such as prompts, text, and images) is processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf to fulfil your request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.
You own the content you create and upload — your websites, designs, images, text, and store data. You grant Suitly a limited licence to host, store, process, display, and publish that content solely to operate the service you request (for example, publishing your site to the internet or exporting your design). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including photos, logos, and fonts, and for the legality and accuracy of the content you publish.
You agree not to use Suitly to create, publish, or sell anything that violates laws, infringes intellectual property, or harms others. Prohibited uses include:
We may unpublish content, suspend stores, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Where a referral program is active, referral discounts and commissions apply under the conditions shown in the app at the time. Self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse voids rewards and may lead to account termination.
Suitly is built on and integrates third-party services — including Paystack (payments and payouts), Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, and storage), and AI providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms. Custom domains you connect are governed by your agreement with your domain registrar.
Suitly and its own content — the platform, editor, templates we provide, text, graphics, logos, and software — are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including how merchant stores handle customer data. By using Suitly, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
You may stop using Suitly and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, published sites and stores may be taken offline and account data may be deleted after a reasonable period. Export anything you want to keep before closing your account.
Suitly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suitly and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service — including lost profits, lost data, or disputes between merchants and their customers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be resolved through informal negotiation first, and where that fails, before a competent court. If you access Suitly from elsewhere, local consumer laws may grant you additional rights.
Suitly is available globally. If you are using Suitly from outside Ghana, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of Suitly constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders.
