When you run a store, Suitly processes your customers' order information on your behalf — such as names, contact details, delivery addresses, order contents, and booking times. See Section 6.

When you use AI features (such as generating website sections, SEO text, blog posts, or flyer designs, or removing an image background), the content you submit — prompts, text, and images — is sent to third-party AI providers, such as Google (Gemini) and image-processing providers, to fulfil your request. We use these providers only to deliver the feature you asked for; we do not use your content to train our own models.
If you buy from a store built on Suitly, the merchant who runs that store is responsible for your order and your data as the data controller; Suitly processes the order data on the merchant's behalf to power the storefront, checkout, and order management. Direct requests about an order — refunds, corrections, deletion — to the merchant first. Payments made at checkout are processed by Paystack.
Websites, storefronts, blogs, and marketplace listings you choose to publish are publicly accessible on the internet, and search engines may index them. Don't include personal information in published content unless you intend it to be public.
We share information with service providers only as needed to run Suitly:

Because Suitly is available globally and built on international cloud infrastructure, information may be stored and processed in different countries. When personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it in accordance with applicable law, including Ghana's Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required (for example, payment records).

We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Suitly is not intended for children under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
